I have very little information about this black tea flavored
tiramisu. I bought this on a stand at the festival of plants in my town. Let's
be honest, the plants I find it pretty but I do not have the patience to handle
this without forgetting the terrifying hairy four-legged predator lurking at
home and tends to find its taste. So I welcomed the two stalls selling tea with
great pleasure and with the firm and indestructible intention not to give in to
temptation. After reading this article, you will understand that I have failed
miserably.
So I set my heart on this tiramisu flavored black tea sold
by a manager of a bio shop located in Ardèche. The package in which was sold
tea was neutral and did not mention any details on the origin of the latter or
on its composition. In the words of the seller, this mixture would be an
Olivier Langlois reference. Anyway, this is a tea that I finally adopted and I
will redeem if by chance, he crossed my path. Yes, you will see my role of
victim in this case, I walk without asking and tea jumps on me. It is not my
fault that my cupboards are filled faster than my shadow.
Let's go back to my assailant. The presence of small pieces
of caramel should please the most demanding and are an undeniable visual
appeal. Also present are cocoa bean pieces. I regret that these two ingredients
are not more present in the mixture above the small pieces of caramel I love
snacking. You will also notice some twigs in the mixture.
The flavoring process is perfectly controlled: the flavors
do not stifle the composition and blend perfectly with black tea chosen as a
base. I will not push up the vice tell you drink this tea gives the impression
of enjoying a tiramisu. Nevertheless, the taste experience comes close: the
coffee notes without forgetting all the gluttony of this dessert are present in
this mixture. The tea is brewed once smell divine and is likely to make you
want to taste a good tiramisu. In summary, you understand that I loved this tea
whose biggest fault is to not have me revealed with certainty the name of the
tea house which it comes.
